The cover image is taken from the “William Henry Walk” along the south side of the Thames in Vauxhall. Battersea Power Station can been seen on the left, while Chelsea Bridge crosses the Thames. Chelsea Bridge was originally called Victoria Bridge - hence the Albert Bridge which is the next one up river. However, the original bridge was not very popular or impressive and so it was renamed. The current bridge is the replacement, built in the 1930s.

Very kind! I thought since the blogs focus is the ‘less touristy’ it was a good alternative to a Tower Bridge / London Eye river image! all the best, Ian
