Hi karin - thanks for the link to your blog - I’ll have fun looking around it.
Inspiring, I have to get back there!
Thanks ~ you just added nine more things to my “must see” before leaving London ;) Actually, I’ve been wanting to go to the Banqueting Hall for awhile now so I’ll do that then walk through Shepherd Bush. Two birds and all…
I assume you mean Shepherd Market… not Shepherd’s Bush… don’t go to the latter by mistake… just a big Westfield shopping centre there!
Opps…I did mean market. Too many trips on the central line has Shepherds Bush in my head. ;)
I lived in London for 15 years, but knew only five of these. Your blog would have been a wonderful resource at the time!
Thanks for your comment… Now you have a reason to visit London again. All the best,Ian
I do love a top 10 (well, top any number, really). thanks for this great selection.
What a great (and not obvious) list. I’m looking forward to making my way through this. Nice blog!
Thanks for that… tho’ I might update this list soon :-) It’s designed to just whet the appetite and encourage readers to dig a little deeper. Hope you find some ideas. All the best, Ian
Dude - Denmark street will unfortunately go soon :(
An iconic place demolished by the Cross Rail development. So shit!!

To keep the Denmark street vibe still alive we are playing a gig there tomorrow night if you’re about. The venue is called Alleycat.
